These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Solestice website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through solestice.store (the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Services and to make a purchase.

Solestice offers curated streetwear and footwear on a limited, one-off basis. Because inventory is sourced in limited quantities, product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately, including condition where applicable, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been submitted. Payment must be made in full through one of our accepted payment methods at checkout, processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure.

4. Shipping

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us using the information below so we can make it right. Any applicable return or exchange terms will be provided at the time of purchase or upon request.

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
